Cameron offers the ultimate Racer balloon for the competitive pilot. The on-target accuracy of the tall and thin envelope design is unquestionable. But does its speed of climb and descent exceed your bravery threshold?

Constructed from 24 gores that provide a slim, super-smooth shape with zero horizontal stress, the Cameron Racer slips quickly up and down through the sky providing the pilot with incredible atmospheric steerage capabilities.

Available in two sizes - 60 and 70 - the Racer is equipped with a parachute top as standard but Cameron’s exclusive RDS rapid deflation system is an alternative.

Fabric resistant to fungal attack and fading is available in 19 standard colours plus silver and gold. Not enough colours? It can be dyed to meet special corporate requirements or even printed to produce inspired creative effects. Hyperlast, silicone coated on both sides and which can increase envelope life by up to 50%, is optional as is lightweight rip-stop fabric.

Kevlar flying wires and load tapes, turning vents, and See-Safe windows in the parachute are all optional.

Lighter-weight baskets in cane and willow with coloured banding to your specification are available, or you might like to consider the compact Voyager 3 which has demountable fabric walls. Suede trim is standard with leather as an alternative, again in a wide colour range.
