Massive congratulations to the Aerotours Rosario team in Argentina, who usually fly over the skirts of Rosario city, on the on the western shore of the Paraná River (north west of Buenos Aires) who have been tethering and flying for one of latest Walt Disney Latin America productions that is sure to be huge success.
‘We are proud to be part of such a great Walt Disney movie ‘El Inventor de Juegos’ (The Games Maker) – soon to be released worldwide – it is very exciting. We met lots of the cast and had to work long days to ensure that Walt Disney got the perfect footage for the film. We used a variety of real balloons and stage crane shots to achieve the flying sequences for the actors.
As the pilot of the main central balloon, I had to spend quite some time during the take-off on the floor of the basket, out-of-sight but being able to give instructions or indeed to take over if required, to keep the actors safe.’ Explains Fernando Cescato, Pilot for Aerotours Rosario.
‘We filmed it all last year and it is only now we can talk about it and next week the film will be launched in over 1000 cinemas in Latin America and our Cameron Balloons built balloon features not only in the movie it is even on the movie’s official publicity poster!’ explains, Fede Poiana of Aerotours Rosario.
The story plot involves young Ivan Drago’s love of board games which catapults him into the fantastical and competitive world of game invention, he is surrounded by a theme of hot-air balloons throughout the movie (spot the balloon themed linen and furniture) with the pivotal hot-air balloon, we are delighted to say, is the Cameron Balloons, N-77, Registration EC-HDA, Cameron Balloons Construction Number 4536.
Congratulations from all of us at Cameron Balloons to Fernando, Fede and the team at Aerotours Rosario, Argentina.
