EnquireThe Stratus Neo Burner has been developed to combine the best features of the Stratus and Shadow. With familiar control operation and layout, this next generation burner is an easy-to-use blend of your favourite burners.
The aim is to combine reliability with ease of maintenance, while being compatible with existing burner frames. The approved Stratus Neo gives high output across a wide range of fuel pressures. With just five quick access fasteners to undo, the non-handed can and coils are easily removed.
The main burner is fitted with a squeeze action blast valve, coloured red, which are operated by squeezing the control level towards the hand grip. The pilot light valves are operated by rotary action handles, coloured yellow.
The whisper valves are operated by toggle action handles or optionally by rotary action handles. These controls are blue in colour.
The triple and quad burners are fitted with crossflow systems allowing the output of one blast valve to be routed to two coils. The crossflow function is controlled by a red handled quarter-turn ball valve mounted within the crossflow pipework.
Blocks are easily removeable from the cans for servicing and maintenance.
Lighter Aluminium or more robust Stainless Steel, the choice is yours. Aluminium cans are an optional extra for the Neo Single upwards.
Stainless steel cans are standard with the Neo Triple upwards.
All valves come with accessible lubrication ports.
All burners come with toggle whisper valves as standard. Rotary action is an available option.

“...the balloon was shipped on time. I received the paperwork and authorisation to fly on the Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the balloon was inflated in front of 16,000 people in a special event.”
Pierre Galley, Switzerland
“Yes Baby You is a dream. Not an easy project and it would not have been possible without your calmness, professionalism and positive attitude. Thanks for putting your shoulders to the wheel and showing the way.”
Bart Van Peel
“We have been flying these burners daily over the magical and mountainous desert of Wadi Rum in Jordan with pressurised butane for the past two and a half years, we have experienced no engineering problems at all.”
Cary Crawley, Balloons Over Rum
“They're a delight to fly with”
Harry Fraser, Go Wild Ballooning
“The balloon itself is marvellous, the basket is very comfortable. The Neo burner is very powerful! I had to get used to that power, but after a couple of minutes flying it was a real pleasure.”
Oscar Dragt
